I work with adult individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulty connecting with others, feeling like too much or too little.  I also specialize in helping client move past childhood and recent trauma and reclaim their strength and authenticity.  People of any religion, ethnicity, sexuality, or gender are very welcome here.

Therapy is finding self-love and peace

Therapy is a collaborative process to grow, find strength and peace, and work on being ok with who we innately are while working on being the person we want to be.  We work with both deeper issues stemming from childhood and our very formative years as well as more surface level things like coping skills and quick change.

Find and feel love, be peaceful, and reclaim yourself

A lot of what we experience in life is neutral to good.  We want to work on strengthening those experiences and having more of the good, happy, fulfilling times.  We also look at the times in life that things didn’t and don’t go well.  Whether it’s feeling worthless, shameful, too much, not loved, overwhelmed, or traumatized.  Unfortunately these instances can be more impactful and wash out the good experiences.  We want to find ways to have these happen less and be less painful so when combined with more positive and loving experiences we can find more peace and reclaim our lives.

Fees and payments

My fee is $120 for a 50 minute appointment.  I understand that money is an issue for everybody and this can be expensive and I am out of network.  If you’re reading this it’s probably because someone told you to check me out or because you’ve connected with what you’ve read on my site.  This connection and my effective therapy is why I hope you can see you’re worth the investment.  We all deserve to be happier and more peaceful.

Office scheduling

I schedule clients Monday – Thursday from 8am – 5pm.  Usually clients start coming either weekly or every two weeks depending on what we feel like would work best for your personal situation.

Phone or face to face

I offer a complimentary consultation over the phone or face to face so we can get to know each other and briefly discuss what you have going on.  I find it can helpful for people to get to know me a bit first and alleviate some ‘first day of school’ anxiety while also seeing if we think coming to me would be a good fit.
